Shipping Policy
We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and with care. GlowPatch™ provides estimated delivery dates at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and product availability. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS from our U.S.-based warehouse, and processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, and you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment by email. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or shipping refunds.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend waiting one additional business day, as USPS may occasionally mark deliveries early. Also, check around your delivery location or with neighbors, and contact your local USPS office for the most accurate assistance. Unfortunately, GlowPatch™ cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after they’ve been confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Need to make a change or cancel your order? Our fulfillment team moves quickly, so if something’s wrong, reach out immediately. For cancellations, email support@smoothbioinc.com with “URGENT: CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line. For address changes, use “URGENT: WRONG ADDRESS” and include the updated shipping details. If the order has already shipped, contact your local USPS to request a package intercept. Alternatively, you can mark the parcel “Return to Sender” once received, and we’ll issue a refund upon return. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays or fees caused by incorrect address submissions.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we want to make it right. Email support@smoothbioinc.com within 48 hours of delivery and include both a photo of the item and a photo of your packing slip. We require both to process a replacement or refund quickly.
We also ship to Canada, and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Tracking details will be sent as soon as your order ships. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local restrictions.
